2010 Annual Meeting - Saturday 15 January 2011
Introduction: This is our only formal gathering of the year when the South West Committee present a resume of how we met the Branch's expectations for the previous year, show whether we are solvent or no, elect or say goodbye to committee members, and best of all, identify our plans for the forthcoming 12 months.
All members are invited to attend the Annual Meeting, the 2010 event took place at 7pm at Trethorne Leisure Park, Kennards House, LAUNCESTON, Cornwall, PL15 8QE.
Once the formalities were over, dinner commenced; our dinner guests included some of the essential professionals without whom our rides could not take place; vets, trail riders, doctors - the list goes on. After dinner, with immense pleasure, awards were presented recognising the efforts of members, their crews and loyal supporters of endurance. List of awards for 2010.
