2011 Annual Meeting - Saturday 14 January 2012
Introduction: This is our only formal gathering of the year when the South West Committee present a resume of how we met the Branch's expectations for the previous year, show whether we are solvent or no, elect or say goodbye to committee members, and best of all, identify our plans for the forthcoming 12 months.
All members are invited to attend the Annual Meeting taking place at 7pm on Saturday 14 January 2011 at Trethorne Leisure Park, Kennards House, LAUNCESTON, Cornwall, PL15 8QE. Attached is a Nomination form for any potential South West members who would like to join our Committee; we have three members standing down after several years volunteering and five members due for re-election. Please consider joining the committee, print out the nomination information and ask fellow members to propose and second your application, then forward to our Chairman, Mrs Jo Chisholm at Higher Watervale Farm, Lydford, Devon, EX20 4AL. Nominations are to be in by 3 December 2011.
Once the formalities are over, dinner will be followed by the awards ceremony which will recognise the efforts of members, their crews and loyal supporters of endurance. List of 2011 awards presented.
