Ride Description

This ride is a Celebration of Young Endurance Riders in the South West, with a strong young rider focus although open to all. The event has three Performance Formula (PF) Graded Endurance Rides (GER) and two Pleasure Rides (PR), including a Lead Rein Class.

All the routes except for the lead rein are over very open hilly moorland, fields, byways or lanes. There are cattle, ponies and sheep living on the moor. Please also be aware of other moor users including walkers, runners and cyclists. There are gates on the route but we hope most will be opened by stewards where possible. Some sections are stoney. 5% tarmac. Crewing is limited to certain points and no large vehicles. The lead rein route is through private woodland, byways and lanes. Toilets, catering and water available at the venue.
