No calls to Organisers after 9.00pm please!
Camping and corralling available at £15 per night per horse, bookable and payable on entry. Camping only in trailers and lorries please. No tents.
Facilities: Corralling, camping, catering, toilets and disabled loo. No water at the venue.
Gates: Just a few.
Late Entries: Late entry fee payable from 25th June
Special Instructions: There is a low bridge (3.5m) on the access road to the venue. Crew points are available but limited as vehicles are not allowed on Dartmoor. Plenty of natural water on course. The route goes across Meldon Dam and riders are required to dismount to cross. It is wide and has high sides so feels quite safe. Crewing in larger vehicles is not allowed.
Vet gate will be at the venue. If fewer than 5 riders enter Class 1, the 80km GER, then the Organisers reserve the right to cancel the class and offer a downgrade to a class of shorter distance to those that have entered.
Numbers are limited by the Dartmoor National Park Authority, so priority will be given to competitive riders, so please make your entries early to avoid disappointment. Please check with the Organiser if making a late entry for Classes 1 or 2.
Postal Entries: Postal entries should be sent to the Membership Secretary, Endurance GB, Equestrian House, Abbey Park, Stareton, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2RP, with the appropriate payment by cheque made payable to "Endurance GB"
on the moor.
